Terms of service

These terms govern this BrightBean Studio installation operated by Anji Chunyun Furniture Co., Ltd. (安吉春韵家具有限公司). Questions: mandy@pandasofa.com. Read these terms and our privacy policy before creating an account or using the service.
Accounts and authorization
You must be an adult authorized to act for any business or social account you connect. Provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and grant workspace access only to authorized people. Each platform connection requires the account owner's authorization and the platform's available permissions.
Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request, including previews, collaboration, scheduling and publishing to selected platforms. Upload only material you have the rights and permissions to use, including music, images, people and brand assets.
Review the account, caption, audience, scheduled time and commercial-content disclosure before submitting a post. You are responsible for these choices. Do not use the service for unauthorized account access, spam, infringement, unlawful material or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
Platform rules and availability
Social platforms control access, limits and publishing decisions. Connecting an account does not guarantee posting permission or publication. TikTok's public Direct Post integration is pending approval; current TikTok testing is restricted to authorized Sandbox users and allowed visibility. Do not represent private test posts as public campaigns.
When using YouTube features, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok posts are subject to its applicable terms, music-use requirements and commercial-content policies shown during publishing.
Early access and service continuity
This installation is currently offered in early access through a temporary HTTPS tunnel. Its URL or availability may change, and the hosting computer must remain online for scheduled tasks. Keep your own copies of content and check actual publishing results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular audience reach, platform approval or successful publication.
No payment is collected by this installation's public onboarding. Any future paid offering will require separate pricing and acceptance before charges apply.
Stopping use and support
You may disconnect accounts, remove content or request deletion as described in Help & data deletion. Published platform posts may need to be removed directly on the platform. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens the service or other users. Contact support if you believe a restriction or processing result is incorrect.
Changes
We may update service features and these terms, with the current version and effective date available here. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
